Does Homerow work with <my favourite app>?
Homerow uses the Accessibility API to query for on-screen elements. If an application works with Apple's Voice Control (System Preferences > Accessibility > Voice Control), it should work with Homerow.
Slack, Discord, Visual Studio Code, and other Electron apps will not work by default. You will need to manually enable support by entering the app name in Homerow > Experimental > Electron Support.
Homerow does not show a shortcut label for a button in an app or website I use. What should I do?
Please send an email (email@example.com) including:
- App/Website name
- App version
- OS version
Does Homerow collect and report what is on my screen?
No. Information collected via the Accessibility API and Window API (e.g. text, app names, etc) will never leave your machine. Homerow works entirely offline, the only internet usage is for license verification, crash reporting, and auto-update.
Can I change the license key to another computer after I activate it?
Yes. You will need to unlink the device first. Go to Homerow > License... > Unlink Device.
Can I get a refund?
There is a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. However, I do love to hear your feedback.
Please send a refund request to me (firstname.lastname@example.org) and I'll process it as soon as I can.
