These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Homerow, a macOS application provided by Homerow (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using Homerow, you agree to these Terms.

License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Homerow on your personal Mac computers. This license is for personal use only and does not include the right to sublicense, sell, or redistribute the software.

License Activation

Your license can be activated on multiple personal devices. Each license has a maximum number of device activations. You can manage your device activations through the app's settings, including unlinking devices to free up activation slots.

Free Trial

Homerow offers a free trial with full functionality. During the trial period, you will see a gentle reminder every 50 activations encouraging you to purchase a license. The trial has no time limit.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with Homerow for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

Updates

Your license includes all future updates to Homerow. We regularly release updates with bug fixes, performance improvements, and new features.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Share, sell, or transfer your license key to others
• Use the software for any illegal purpose
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

Accessibility Requirements

Homerow requires Accessibility permissions in macOS System Settings to function. This permission allows the app to read UI element positions on screen and simulate clicks. Homerow does not collect, store, or transmit any content from your screen or applications.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Homerow is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. We make no warranties regarding compatibility with all macOS applications, as some apps may have limited support for accessibility APIs.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Homerow.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of Homerow after any changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and delete all copies.
